 4 Chicken Breasts 
  (adjust to how many will be eating)  
 Salt and black pepper (liberal amount) don't worry about your heart ! lol  
 1/3 cup flour  
 4tbsp olive oil 
 4 tbsp unsalted butter 
 4 garlic cloves 
 Red pepper flakes ( to your liking )  
 1 and 1/4 cup chicken stock 
 3/4 cup heavy cream 
 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese  
 1/2 tsp thyme ( dried )  
 1/2 tsp oregano ( dried )  
 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes  
 Fresh basil 
  
 Cut your chicken  breasts cross-hatch  on top of breasts  
  
 Salt an pepper liberally  
  
 Dredge in flour ( shake off excess ) 
  
 Add oil and butter to a hot pan until melted  
  
 Add your breasts to the pan for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden brown .  
  
 Remove chicken from pan place in a dish  
  
 Add garlic to the pan and stir until fragrant and brown. 
  
 Add chicken stock to pan and deglaze mixing it around  bring to a boil  
  
 Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese reduce heat and simmer a couple of minutes  
  
 Add chili flakes , thyme and oregano.  
  
 A pinch of salt ( to taste )  
  
 Chop up sun dried tomatoes into cubes add to sauce  
  
 Add chicken breasts to pan and simmer a few minutes to warm chicken.  
  
 Garnish with fresh basil  
  
 You can serve this over pasta , rice or without. It's great as an entree with a vegetable of your choice. Extra sauce is a must, it's that creamy scrumdiddliumptous
